One thing I've learned since falling off my long board Sunday night, is who actually gives a shit about my well being.
Which leads me to this thought; anything that doesn't somehow benefit your life isn't worth keeping around.
Simple as that.
Whether it's a person, a place, or a thing.. If you're going to invest your energy into something, it shouldn't ever be for nothing. If you are only surrounding yourself with nothing but negativity, it's going to be hard to stay positive after awhile.
Changes happen for a reason and sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and let some things fall away so that way there is more room for better things to come together. It can take time before you see why things have happened, but it's all for a better you in the end.
This summer I reached a point in my personal growth as a person, and lately I feel like I've dropped out of that frequency. I've been realizing this week though how far I've let myself get disconnected from what really matters. I feel like I'm finally starting to get back to where I left off in my spiritual development. It's not easy trying to keep yourself at a steady frequency. There's a lot of external factors that make it hard to concentrate.
I'll have a conclusion to this eventually.
